# Computer Setup

The following steps should be completed **before the first day** of the course.

   [own computer](local.md).
2. [Connecting to the Swiss AI Research Platform](swiss_ai.md): for the AI
   course tutor.

We will guide you through the installation and setup on Day 0 (Friday, 18.9.2026) in the lecture room.
