i What's this tool?

This tool creates an overlay of image data and picking features resulting from an experiment performed with QPix.

Several image datasets can be uploaded — useful for overlaying picking features with images acquired:

before actual picking
after actual picking

Input drag & drop

Image data — individual TIF files per well. The tool expects a folder containing a Tiles subfolder and ImagingSettings.xml. Provide a Before picking folder and, optionally, an After picking folder.
CSV file — containing the picking data.

Output

An interactive plot overlaying image data and picking features, with per-feature info on hover. All image folders are shown and selectable above the plot. Download it as:
- an interactive HTML file (download button), or
- a PNG screenshot of the current view (the down-arrow button in the plot toolbar).
The stitched tiles as TIF files (download button).
